Shyan Lam holds a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. He currently holds the title of Director of SERI.  Mr. Lam enjoys playing volleyball, trying new restaurants, and scuba diving.

Jackie has a B.A. in both Biology and Chemistry from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  She also has an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Colorado at Denver Health Sciences Center.  Ms. Hartley enjoys volleyball, fishing, and spending time with her family.  She also has a chihuahua named Chance.
